A Tennessee-based evangelist, whose track record, to say the least, is not exactly glowing, has come forward to purport that pastors have received a warning from the U.S. government regarding UAP (formerly known as UFOs) disclosure.
In a video shared to YouTube this month and subsequently clipped into oblivion on X and elsewhere, Perry Stone of Perry Stone Ministries claimed he had recently received a text message from a friend alerting him to “a meeting” involving religious leaders.
“Of course, when a friend of yours does that, that you know quite well, you have no idea what information they're talking about,” Stone claimed. “And I'm not gonna go into great detail, but there were a large number of pastors that had been invited to go to a certain state to hear some men in the United States government, and others, share with them a concern that they had. And this particular man … said, ‘Perry, what they're about to release from what we're hearing, there's going to be a release concerning aliens and concerning unidentified flying object spacecraft that some of the people who were in the meeting were telling us as pastors, you need to prepare your people and you need to get ready to answer them for what you're about to hear being released.’”
Stone went on to cite purported crafts that are not “part of our planet,” tucking in a nod to Steven Spielberg’s upcoming Disclosure Day film.
The evangelist further purported that the current belief is that the reaction to this alleged disclosure will lead to two different responses, i.e. those who move to reject traditional religious teachings outright, and those who newly seek answers from such sources.
Worth pointing out here is that Complex has been in touch with authorities in the UAP disclosure space recently, leading to a forthcoming piece that aims to provide some nuanced updates on the current situation. Stay tuned.
