Pornhub Is Blessing Fans With 10-Year Memberships for Using This Kanye-Inspired Hashtag

The website that got your dad fired from his desk job celebrates 10 years of existence today.

Pornhub turns 10 years young today, just in time for the whole fucking world to end. Still, even as society teeters on the brink of collapse, the esteemed provider of clothing-optional cinema has reason to celebrate. And so do the site's fans, who have been challenged to use the #PHTaughtMe on Twitter and Instagram to reveal how having access to footage of other human beings engaging in dramatic coitus has helped them lead more fulfilling lives.

Mere months after Pornhub launched in May of 2007, the site was already averaging a million daily visits. By 2009, that number had jumped to 10 million. In the years since topping 10 million daily visits, Pornhub has succeeded with everything from the launch of its amateur payment program to the unveiling of its TwerkingButt technology. As of this month, Pornhub averages 75 million daily visits.

Pornhub is celebrating their 10th anniversary with a sweeping act of unprecedented generosity. Fans using that aforementioned #PHTaughtMe hashtag, which is definitely worth a scouring, are competing for one of 100 10-year membership passes to Pornhub Premium. Entries will be judged by a panel of Pornhub's social media and marketing officials, with close attention paid to those using "originality, creativity, and humor." Winners will be determined by July 1.
