Andrew Tate’s Ex-Girlfriend Granted Temporary Restraining Order Following Abuse Allegations

Last month, Stern filed a lawsuit against Tate and accused him of physically assaulting her during a sexual encounter.

Bri Stern has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Tate, after asking for one in fear for her life.

On Saturday, a judge granted Stern's request for a restraining order and scheduled a hearing on May 9. Tate must stay 100 yards away from his ex and can't contact her, both in person and electronically. Stern initially filed the request on Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she fears for her life when Tate returns to the United States once he settles his legal issues in Romania.

Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Stern wanted a judge to grant her request while Tate was still in Romania. Stern wrote Tate could land on American soil "in a matter of hours" and that she's frightened because "he is violent," adding he once told her, "If you ever betray me you will regret it and I will ruin your life, rape you ... and kill you."

All this stems from a lawsuit that Stern filed last month, alleging Tate physically abused her during a sexual encounter at a hotel in Beverly Hills. Since filing the lawsuit, Stern said she's been scared and even claimed that she's been receiving threats.

Tate's attorney, Joseph McBride, labeled Stern an "attention-starved OnlyFans model" who had made similar accusations with two ex-boyfriends. Tony Buzbee, who's representing Stern, called McBride a "fool" and won't waste time with him, adding that his client is a "hero" and any attack against her won't be tolerated.

In December 2022, Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested in Romania and charged a year later with rape, human trafficking, and more. Before the legal troubles, the Tates faced widespread criticism for their misogynistic content and were suspended on various social media networks, including the site formerly known as Twitter. Their Twitter accounts have since been reinstated following Elon Musk's purchase of the platform.
