Stormy Daniels Plans to DNA Test Dress She Wore in Sexual Encounter With Trump

If you thought the fact that Donald Trump’s lawyer paid an adult actress $130,000 in hush money so she would keep quiet about an alleged affair that she had with Trump while he was married to Melania was much too tame, well, you’re in luck.

Yesterday, Michael Cohen, Trump’s longtime lawyer, admitted to paying Daniels the money out of his own pocket. He claimed “neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction” and did not reimburse him. Nevertheless, Daniels then took this to mean that he had broken the terms of her nondisclosure agreement, which meant that now she could finally speak freely about the affair. Her first act of “speaking freely”? Well, apparently Daniels held on to a gold dress she wore in an encounter with Trump back in 2006, and she plans to get it DNA tested in order to prove that she did in fact spend at least one night with Trump.

The New York Daily News reports that Daniels has a “shiny gold mini dress.” Sources told The Blast that the dress has been kept in “pristine” condition and that the sexual encounter took place in a Lake Tahoe hotel suite. If she does test it for Trump’s DNA, she’ll need to also provide a test sample from the President himself, and the jury’s out on how she’ll procure something like that.

The situation is eerily familiar to the Monica Lewinsky/Bill Clinton case back in 1998. Lewinsky kept a navy-blue dress that became stained after she performed oral sex on then-President Clinton in the Oval Office. The dress eventually became part of an FBI investigation, and it was later determined that the DNA found on the dress came from Clinton’s bodily fluids. Is history just repeating itself?

Daniels alleges that she and Trump had an affair in 2006 shortly after Melania Trump gave birth to the presidential couple’s only son, Barron. Trump has denied the affair, even though Daniels has been speaking about it since 2011.
