Whenever someone gets brought onto the Trump administration, it seems like it's only a matter of time before that person does something incredibly sketchy or embarrassing. Luckily for new communications director Anthony Scaramucci, it's the latter...so far.

A tweet from Scaramucci in 2012 where he references a quote by Mark Twain started making the rounds just after his new job was announced, and it doesn't take an English major to realize that the new communications director has been given some fake news.

The website Quote Investigator looked into Scaramucci's tweet and determined that the quote is a changed-over-time variation of lyrics from the song "Come From the Heart," co-written by Susanna Clark and Richard Leigh.

As expected, people let Scaramucci have it as only Twitter can.
