WhistlinDiesel, AKA Cody Detwiler, is a YouTuber who is known for smashing cars.
He has more than 10 million subscribers on his YouTube Channel.
In a recent video, Detwiler tested the durability of a cyber truck. According to an indictment against him, Detwiler has been accused of tax evasion in Tennessee. The accusations involve $500 in taxes for a Ferrari F8 Tributo. It was signed on November 5.
WKRN-TV reported that Detwiler was arrested in Williamson County, TN, and he was released on $20,000 bond.
He also has millions of followers on Instagram.
Detwiler posted his mugshot to his Instagram page along with a photo showing him being arrested by authorities. "Won so big they thought I was cheating.

He posted a photo showing a Ferrari on fire in the past and wrote, "Yeah listen uuhhhh… we (expletive) up (that’s my brand new Ferrari and rental minivan with all of our belongings inside) YouTube video of the whole situation is live."
He also posted a photo on Instagram showing him holding a fishing reel on the roof of a Ferrari. "Using my Ferrari how it was meant to be used (stage 1/100) coming soon," he wrote with that post.
