They gave critics more ammunition on September 12, though. NBA star Green and his influencer/actress girlfriend allegedly got into a "heated argument" that was captured in a viral video. It's not clear what it was about.
According to Page Six, the viral video shows the pair "in an intense late-night tussle."
The incident occurred outside The Manor hotel in SoHo on Friday, September 13, 2025, according to Page Six.
Green and his girlfriend were seen in a verbal argument outside the Seventy One Gin party, Page Six reported.
Green is a guard for the Phoenix Suns in the National Basketball League. Draya Michele is an influencer with more than 9 million followers on Instagram. She starred in the reality show Basketball Wives NBA and also has appeared on other television shows.
The video also went viral on X. The viral video shows the incident unfolding on a sidewalk at night.
Green and Draya Michele have a daughter together named Lyght Green.
When Green was traded to the Suns, Draya Michele told The New York Post, “I just think, you know, as his girlfriend, my main responsibility is to support him wherever we were going."
“I always make the jokes with him and tell him, ‘I don’t care what city you’re in, we could go to hell and play for the hell… and I’ll go with you, as long as I have a good SPF… it doesn’t matter where we are, if we have each other we’ll make the best of it.’" she told The Post.
"It’s really just putting families together with their dream cars and making things convenient and also luxurious.”
She has two other kids with NFL player Orlando Scandrick, according to The Post.
