Most fans of the Bachelor franchise will recall that former Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner ended up marrying his final pick, Theresa Nist, while leaving runner-up Leslie Fhima heartbroken and in tears.
However, things ultimately ended up falling apart between Turner and Nist, who ended up splitting just around three months after getting married. Now, in a surprising twist, both Nist and Fhima appear to be joining forces against Turner.
In a new TikTok posted by Fhima, she and Nist poked fun at their past involvement with Turner by calling for a redo.
They mouthed the words to an infamous quote by Kris Jenner, which has previously gone viral on TikTok.
“To be honest, I don’t know what happened, but we need a redo,” they both lip-synced.
Fans were quick to support them in the comments.
“Turns out, there were two winners from Gerry’s season 👑👑,” said one person in a comment liked by Fhima.
“Gerry was no catch - you both just got caught up in the moment - don’t settle,” advised another.
“Can we get a double Golden Bachelorette?” questioned a third.
Through various comments, Fhima seems to now believe that she dodged a bullet by not ultimately ending up with Turner.
As for Turner and Nist, things are icier than ever.
In a recent interview, Turner took aim at Nist, claiming that he plans to spill the beans about what really happened between them in the new memoir that he has coming out in November, entitled Golden Years.
From what he has implied, the comments about Nist included in the new book will be less than flattering, and that she should “be worried” about how she will be portrayed.
Since splitting from Nist, Turner has already found love again with a woman who did not appear on the show, named Lana Sutton. The pair is now engaged.
