A Florida man proved he wasn't lying to a Lake County sheriff's deputy this week by pooping and peeing in the back of the deputy's squad car.
Okay, we're going to need to start from the beginning.
Carlos Adonis Ramos-Erazo was pulled over for going 75 mph in a 55-mph zone, the Daily Commercial reports. When the deputy asked why he was speeding, Ramos-Erazo explained that he was trying to get home to use the bathroom.
The deputy claims that when Ramos-Erazo refused to get out of the car, he reached into the vehicle to unlock the door, which is when Ramos-Erazo sped off toward home, hitting the deputy's arm.
The deputy pursued Ramos-Erazo to his home where the man made a run for the door, but was promptly shot with a Tazer. How he didn't poop his pants right then, we'll never understand, but Ramos Erazo was placed under arrest and put in the back of the deputy's car. On the way to the Lake County Jail he urinated and defecated in the car, according to an arrest affidavit. See, he really did have to go.
Ramos-Erazo is facing charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
The whole thing raises the question: As a cop, is it worse to have human poop in your back seat, or dog poop on your shirt. And speaking of poop, cars, and cops, did police ever find the serial poop bandit that was pooping on dozens of vehicles in Ohio?
