U.S. authorities have issued a warning about potential ISIS-inspired attacks during the holiday weekend. Christmas-related locations, including churches, might be especially vulnerable.

According to Reuters, Islamic State supporters posted a list online of churches in the U.S. that could be attacked, and though authorities are not currently aware of any specific threats, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Homeland Security sent out a bulletin telling local law enforcement to be exceedingly vigilant throughout the holidays.

"The FBI is aware of the recent link published online that urges attacks against U.S. churches. As with similar threats, the FBI is tracking this matter while we investigate its credibility," the FBI said in a statement. “We continue to work closely with our federal, state and local law enforcement partners should there be any potential threat to public safety.”

Authorities also encouraged citizens to remain aware of their surroundings during the holidays.

The warnings come just days after an attack at a Christmas market in Berlin, which Isis has claimed responsibility for. On Friday, Australia authorities made arrests they say were an effort to foil an elaborate Christmas Day terror attack at locations around Melbourne.

President-elect Donald Trump tweeted about the attack in Berlin with emotional remarks that provided no comfort or wisdom in this troubling time, and instead focused on hatred and "fighting back."
