OnlyFans spending in the U.S. hit new highs in 2025, and one American city separated itself from the rest of the pack in a way few expected.

According to a new OnlyFans Wrapped analysis from OnlyGuider, shared with CBS News, Atlanta led the world in per-capita spending on OnlyFans this year, with residents collectively spending roughly $26.5 million on subscriptions, tips, and paid content.

OnlyGuider, a search engine that tracks activity across adult-content platforms, analyzed data from more than 100 cities and nearly 200 countries for the report.

The numbers are striking. Atlanta users spent an estimated $525,476 per 10,000 residents on OnlyFans in 2025, placing the city ahead of Orlando, Milan, Miami, and Washington, D.C. That per-capita figure places Atlanta at No. 1 worldwide, even though the city ranks outside the top 10 in raw spending.

“Atlanta has always been a cultural trendsetter—from music to business to lifestyle,” said OnlyGuider CEO Sam Pierce. “The data now proves that extends to digital intimacy as well.”

Overall, spending in Atlanta rose nearly 2 percent compared to 2024, signaling steady growth rather than a one-off spike. While the city ranked around 14th globally in total dollars spent, its population-adjusted numbers eclipsed much larger metros across Europe, Australia, and North America.

Atlanta’s performance is part of a broader U.S. surge. Americans spent more than $2.6 billion on OnlyFans in 2025, making the United States the platform’s top market by a wide margin. That figure is nearly five times the United Kingdom's spending, which ranked second globally. OnlyFans reported $7.2 billion in global revenue this year, up 9 percent from 2024.

Texas also made its presence felt. According to Fox 26, Houston ranked 11th worldwide in total spending at nearly $32 million, while Dallas ranked 15th at about $26 million. Austin wasn’t far behind, posting $17.5 million in expenditures and landing among the top cities in the Americas. Together, Dallas and Houston accounted for nearly $58 million in OnlyFans transactions in 2025.

Miami remained a major player, ranking fourth globally in per-capita spending, per the Miami New Times. The city’s reputation as a creator hub continues to drive both supply and demand, with influencers and models building large local and international subscriber bases.

OnlyGuider’s analysis suggests that cities with strong creator ecosystems, younger populations, and heavy use of apps for entertainment tend to dominate spending. Privacy also plays a role, as OnlyFans transactions aren’t publicly visible in the way social media engagement is.
