A Florida woman is facing multiple felony charges after police say she returned to a North Miami Beach strip club she had just been fired from and struck a manager with a metal pole. Princess Aaliyah Bell, 23, was arrested on Monday, April 27, following what authorities described as a chaotic incident that escalated from an internal dispute into a violent confrontation.

According to an arrest report obtained by NBC 6, Bell had been allowed back into the club—identified as Taboo—to retrieve her belongings after her termination. Instead, police allege she began “battering staff and causing a disturbance,” running through the venue, throwing items, and arguing with coworkers.

Security escorted her out, but the situation didn’t end there. Investigators say Bell returned moments later holding a 7-foot metal pole, which she waved at staff before throwing it, striking the manager in the leg and injuring at least one other employee.

Bell had reportedly been fired due to ongoing issues at the club, including frequent conflicts with coworkers. Police were called to the scene after reports of a disturbance involving an aggressive former employee.

An arrest affidavit states that after the incident, Bell fled before officers arrived, but was later spotted near a nearby gas station. When officers attempted to stop her, she ran, leading to a brief foot pursuit before being taken into custody.

Authorities say she initially provided a false name, identifying herself as her older sister, and later “refused” to cooperate during processing, allegedly needing to be physically moved for fingerprinting.

Bell was charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting an officer without violence, and providing false identification. During a court appearance, it was revealed she also had an out-of-state fugitive warrant from Georgia tied to a robbery case, along with an active in-state warrant. A judge subsequently ordered that she be held without bond.
