Florida Man strikes again — this time at a family-friendly vacation resort in Central Florida.

Authorities say a 51-year-old man was taken into custody after multiple complaints from residents at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, where witnesses reported seeing him nude or partially clothed in shared spaces — and, in one incident, allegedly engaging in a sexual act with a household vacuum cleaner outside a residence.

According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to Grassendale Street on January 22 after neighbors spotted a man exposing himself in public view.

By the time law enforcement arrived, the suspect had already left. Still, witnesses provided statements and cellphone footage.

In a written statement, deputies described the video as showing a “partially clothed male” outside the home “engaged in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner.”

The investigation didn’t stop there. Officials say earlier complaints had already surfaced. The day before, a resident reported a nude man walking through a shared hallway, a testimony backed by Ring doorbell footage.

Other neighbors handed over additional clips from home security systems, including Blink cameras, allegedly showing the same person wandering common areas without clothes.

Detectives later identified the suspect as Kevin Dale Westerhold of Oviedo. Records show he and his wife were listed as hosts for short-term rental properties in the resort community through Airbnb, including homes on Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop.

Some residents told deputies they had flagged similar behavior to the homeowners’ association since December 2025.

A warrant was issued, and Westerhold was arrested on January 27 near his home by the Oviedo Police Department. He was subsequently booked into the Seminole County Jail on a charge of exposure of sexual organs.

The sheriff’s office says the case remains open and is encouraging anyone with additional information or similar encounters to come forward.
