Houston Deputy Under Investigation for No Sex Ticket TikTok

The officer, while in uniform, vowed to give 'everyone' a ticket because she didn't 'get cracked' the night before.

A Houston deputy is under investigation after creating a TikTok video joking about writing tickets for everyone over a lack of sex the night before.

According to TMZ, Harris County Constable Precinct 5 Deputy Jennifer Escalera is in hot water after posting a TikTok in which she can be seen writing a ticket, with a caption reading: “Din’t (sic) get cracked last night so everyone is getting a ticket,”

Escalera, visible in her uniform and squad car, shared the video herself but later deleted it.

The outlet also reports that she remains on active duty during the investigation and has previously shared other TikToks, including "Get Ready With Me" videos of her putting on makeup and suiting up in uniform.

"Our administration is aware and internal affairs has opened an investigation. We have no other comment at this time," the Precinct 5 Constable Office said in a statement shared with FOX 26 Houston.

"It's very unprofessional. You shouldn't be doing things like that," an anonymous resident told the news station. "When you're a professional, you carry yourself a certain way. What you do outside of work is cool, but I don't think she should've done that."

Another resident also chimed in, saying: "I feel like they're playing. They're childish. They ain't taking nothing serious. You gon write me a ticket because you ain't get cracked? That's crazy, but that's the society and world we live in today."

"Not as much distrust, but you can't rely on them. It makes them look unprofessional when they start posting videos like that. You can't take them seriously," resident Alex Fitch also told FOX 26 Houston.

"Then they wonder why, when you see them, they say, 'Why don’t you respect me?' or 'Why are you talking to me like that?' Well, you don't treat yourself like a woman, and you ain't treating yourself like a police officer."

ComplexCon returns to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, with over 300 brands and live performances by Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, Ken Carson, and more. Get your tickets now.
