Police are investigating an incident where an FBI agent accidentally discharged his firearm while doing a backflip in a Denver nightclub.

Video of the incident shows the unidentified agent getting down on the dance floor, doing some kind of stanky leg. A crowd gathers around him, hyping him up, before the agent goes in for a backflip. During the successful backflip, his gun falls out of his holster and onto the ground.

As the agent picks up his weapon, it discharges, hitting a man in the crowd in his lower leg. According to The Guardian, the man hit by the bullet was not badly injured. The victim was taken to a local hospital, according to a Denver police spokesman. The shooting took place at about 12:45 a.m. on Saturday morning at the Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar in downtown Denver.

Following the shooting, the agent was taken to Denver Police Headquarters and then released to an FBI supervisor. It’s unclear if the agent will face any internal discipline from the FBI for the accident. Any charges against him will be filed by the Denver district attorney’s office, and the incident is being investigated by the DP’s Homicide Unit.

The shooting is no doubt a serious incident, but some people on Twitter have other pressing concerns, mainly regarding the agent's dance skills.
