Two months after unveiling the new iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR, Tim Cook returns to the stage to introduce its new MacBook Air, iPad Pro, and Mac Mini. Unlike with iPhones, it seems creating thinner and smaller products was Apple's motivation with this new hardware.

During his keynote speech on Tuesday, Cook revealed some of the biggest changes to the new iPad, including its slimmer design and larger screen. According to CNN, the iPad Pro is 15 percent slimmer with nearly edge to edge display. Like it’s iPhone relative, Apple has also decided to get rid of the iPad’s home button, as well as its headphone jack, so if you’re planning to get this new tablet, make sure you’ve already got a pair of AirPods.

The iPad also includes some new user features and tools. It uses Face ID and USB-C, which lets it connect to larger monitors. It also charges iPhones, and the iPad Pro's Pencil will magnetically attach to the tablet. The smaller 11-inch iPad Pro is going to run for $799, with the 12.9-inch model starting at $999.

Cook also unveiled the latest MacBook Air. The new model is lighter, and the base is made out of 100 percent recycled aluminum. The new Mac also shed its TouchBar, which Apple first introduced to Macs two years ago. It’s price starts at $1199.

"When Steve [Jobs] pulled that MacBook Air out of that envelope, it was clear things would never be the same," Cook told the audience. "The MacBook Air's incredibly thin design not only influenced the Mac line...it changed the industry."

Finally, Cook introduced the new Mac Mini, which is the first update on that device in four years. The new model boasts of a quad-core Intel processor, four USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports, and HDMI. Apple is claiming the latest redesign is now five times faster.

Pre-orders for all three new products are open today, and the devices arrive to Apple stores next week.
