Thousands gathered in the streets of Atlanta tonight to peacefully march in protest of police violence. There were no reported injuries or arrests, though reports indicated tensions were high.

The protesters' march ended face-to-face with police, blocking off Interstate 75 and part of Interstate 85.

The protesters were responding to the recent deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. Before making their way to the highway, they rallied at the Center for Civil and Human Rights, then marched about a mile to the CNN studios.

T.I. joined in the march.

And 2 Chainz was there as well.

Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed had implored protesters to "stay off the interstates" earlier Friday.

This post will be updated as more information becomes available.
